Global Equestrian Imports is located at Outfoxed Farms, a private facility in Gilroy, California.
Our facility was originally built to house a small but glorious string of hunter/jumpers, belonging to the owner’s son. After the owner’s son grew up and moved away, and the champions retired, Allida was offered the opportunity to move her business the facility. Allida was looking for a private facility, with a positive vibe, and found her home at Outfoxed in 2018.
The facility was smartly designed, with horses in mind. The main barn that we occupy is large and airy, with oversized stalls, fans, and fly control. The wash rack has hot water on demand and a high ceiling, which helps horses feel more comfortable. Each horse get daily turnout time in large, individual turnouts. In winter they spend their days basking in the sun. In summer, the horses go outside at night and stay cool inside during the day. Our horses have 24/7 access to hay and are fed supplements twice a day.
Our riders also have access to some creature comforts. We have a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave, a full bathroom, and a large, well lit tack storage area. Riders can use the indoor or outdoor arenas. The indoor arena has top of the line cushioned dressage footing, installed by Attwood Equestrian Surfaces, in 2020. Outside, there’s a short court arena with all weather footing, that can be used almost year round. There is also a round pen with all weather footing.
Those who trailer in will find a large, accommodating driveway with plenty of space to park a trailer. No backing required!
Outfoxed Farm is a private facility and the owner and caretaker lives on site. Visits by clients who are not borders must be arranged by appointment.
